Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel and on non-refundable costs already incurred (flights, visa fees, hotel deposits).
- 60+ days before departure: refund of recoverable costs
- 30–59 days: partial refund after deducting non-refundable costs
- Under 30 days: generally non-refundable
Visa Rejections
Where a visa is rejected by authorities, we refund all recoverable costs less administrative and government fees already paid.

Email info@sdjabalu.com with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
