1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be completed before the departure date. Payments can be made via Paystack, bank transfer, or cash at our office.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days before departure will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of departure are non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

3. Visa & Documentation

SDJABALU will assist with visa processing, but final approval is at the discretion of the Saudi authorities. We are not responsible for visa rejections. Pilgrims must ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all pilgrims obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and lost baggage.

5. Accommodation

Hotel accommodations are subject to availability. While we strive to provide the hotels listed, we reserve the right to substitute with equivalent accommodations if necessary.

6. Liability

SDJABALU acts as an intermediary between pilgrims and service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, and transport companies.

7. Changes to Terms

SDJABALU reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Pilgrims will be notified of any significant changes.
