Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once payment (full or approved deposit) is received and verified. Prices are per pilgrim and subject to availability.

Travel Documents

Pilgrims are responsible for holding a valid passport and submitting required documents on time. SDJABALU processes visas but cannot guarantee government approval.

Changes & Cancellations

Cancellation and amendment terms vary by package and timing. Please review our Refund Policy.

SDJABALU acts as an intermediary for airlines, hotels, and transport providers and is not liable for delays or changes outside our control.
